Debt or Equity Investments in Restructuring Companies

Fog Cutter helps companies restructure their balance sheets by providing them with debt or equity capital in order to work out their financial issues with lenders. These businesses are stable and viable but cannot retire their debt or simply need more capital to grow. We also help companies that need liquidity and want to dispose of non-core assets.

Commercial Loans

Fog Cutter Capital invests in loans secured by real estate or other assets in the United States and Europe. Loans with various credit ratings and lien positions are of interest to the company, especially where our financial structuring capabilities can add value to the investment. The Company can also assist in providing mezzanine type lending.

Real Estate Investments

Fog Cutter invests in commercial and multi-family real estate located in the United States and the United Kingdom. Real estate investment may be residential, retail, commercial or industrial property. Fog Cutter's general strategy is to operate or improve the asset in order to maximize appreciation in the investment.
